Matured in a combination of refill hogsheads and butts, this one has developed a vibrant, complex flavour profile which we're rather fond of. The theme for the Special Releases 2019 is 'Rare by Nature', hence why there's a cheerful-looking rabbit on the label. A release of 7,586 bottles.
